The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a spacious bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by how warm it was, especially during the chilly winter month of February. In addition to a delicious breakfast, I also enjoyed a fantastic evening meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to assist me.

The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the city cente with ample parking available. The breakfast is solid and there is a lovely inner garden where breakfast can be served. Additionally, the staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Stayed at a charming hotel in a great location. the room was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Loved that it was within walking distance of some of the attractions and shopping areas. the breakfast was really good and there was an outdoor seating area that was really pleasant in the mornings.

The bathroom was quite small and it was a bit difficult to move around in. the curtains didn't completely shut out the light which made it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. The attention to detail and the level of service provided were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late in the evening. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, with a large bathroom that had plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the 1300 Years of Bulgaria monument and not far from the center of town. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and evening meal at the hotel, which had a varied menu at reasonable prices. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and I look forward to returning whenever I have the opportunity to travel to Bulgaria.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around and explore. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice decor and all the necessary amenities for a business trip. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was delicious. It was great to have free parking available on site, as well.

The noise from outside was pretty loud, even with the windows closed. It was difficult to sleep in because of the noise, which could be a problem for light sleepers.

Located near the city centre, this recently remodeled boutique hotel served as a great base for touring the area. the warm and friendly staff provided excellent service, and the double bedrooms were clean and comfortable, decorated in pleasing pastel colours. the hotel also offered a decent Bulgarian buffet breakfast and an excellent restaurant on site.

The noise from the restaurant late at night was a bit of a disturbance for some guests.
